The Retail Account requires a minimum deposit of 1,000 USD and offers dedicated client support. The Professional Account requires a minimum deposit of 50,000 USD and offers higher leverage with a dedicated account manager and trading desk order transmissions. However, when opening an account the client portal area states the minimum deposit is 1,000 USD for all accounts.

To open an account, users simply need to click on the Create Account tab on the broker’s homepage. This will then open to a simple four step account eligibility page, as shown below:

To open a live account, users will need to go through an application form which requires Personal Information, Account Information, Financial Experience and Tax Information. Users will also need to upload documents for proof of identity and proof of address in line with standard KYC and Anti-Money Laundering regulations. The account opening process is fully automated, with electronic verification of uploaded documents and the individual, allowing for a paperless account opening process.

The broker does not accept clients from certain countries such as Afghanistan, American Samoa, Bahamas, Botswana, and more.
